1. Services
Kentucky Pro Coatings provides professional floor coating services, including epoxy and polyaspartic systems, for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. All services are subject to availability and a signed agreement outlining project details and pricing.
2. 5-Year Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our work. All completed projects include a 5-year warranty covering peeling, delamination, and defects in workmanship under normal residential or commercial use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, impact, abuse, moisture issues from below the surface, or neglect.
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will inspect the site and, if covered, perform any necessary repairs or recoating at no cost.
3. Estimates and Payments
Free estimates are provided upon request. Once a service agreement is accepted, a deposit may be required to schedule work. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Use of Website
All content on our website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Kentucky Pro Coatings and may not be reproduced without written permission. You agree not to misuse the website or its content.
5. Limitation of Liability
